Expediated Application - WSX435554

Hi, My client is in the process of purchasing this property, it had been part exchanged with a new build company who are now chasing her and expecting her to complete next week. However, there is a discharge application (M861XJV) that is showing as delayed and also a pending application (J057VJV) which is showing as the most recent requisitions was raised on the 10th Jun 2026. My clients sale is completing on the 29th June 2026 and she was hoping to move straight into her new property but at this rate is going to have to find temporary accomodation. My client is incredibly stressed and as I am sure you can imagine, the new build company are putting immense pressure on her when it is actually them who are not ready and they are not really providing her with any information. Any information you are able to share on this and the reasons for the delays would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Nicola - there was a delay as we needed more from the conveyancer. I'll check with the casework team for an update though as looks like they have replied WSX435554

Hi Nicola - we are still waiting for a second discharge, the one re Homes and Communities Agency. The conveyancer was contacted on 11th June to remind them we are still waiting for that DS1. The pending discharge is from the other lender and not HCA
