The applications affect more than one title WA675608 and includes CYM801143.<br> Correspondence is ongoing with the latter title holders and they have asked for more time. They have been given (today) until 6th March to provide an additional and complete response If they do respond then time will again be required for the referral/consideration depending on what the response is<br> You/your conveyancer should be relying on the selelr's conveyancer for updates here and I say that not to be harsh or obstructive but to be honest as we are reliant on the applicants and their conveyancers re the ongoing applications/issues raised and their resolution.<br> I totally understand and appreciate your need for updates and speed but the applications made and issues raised add a complexity that does not lend itself to a speedy resolution&nbsp;

Thank you for this. In fact we are the current owners, not the buyers. Our conveyancer hasn't had any further updates, so this is all new to us. You aren't saying there's anything more that our solicitors can do now, are you?

Hello Karen - we have received a response. That response/contact is being reviewed by a senior officer/lawyer and a decision re next steps should be made shortly. Your conveyancer wouldn't routinely receive any updates unless prompted as they can track progress online and would be aware that notices had been served and time allowed for responses. I'll add a note to the case to ask the casework team to contact the conveyancer to confirm what is happening once the aforementioned review has completed as well CYM801143

Thank you for this. Do you have any idea as to how soon a decision re next steps will be made? The buyers are chasing hard and we are anxious to progress this matter as soon as possible, even if there is found to be a valid objection, in which case obviously it will be up to us to contact the objector once we are aware of the details of his objection.

Hello Karen - unfortunately not but the casework team will check and confirm whether any contact has been made after today's cut-off date has passed. The time allowed was until today so they need to check all contact channels for any response after today's date. It's a manual process and not an automatic one. I would suggest posting again Monday PM or Tuesday for an update CYM801143
