OS2 Form Still not back after a week

Hi, not sure if anyone can advise but starting to get a bit worried now as our OS2 form has still not come back after a week (submitted 23rd March) and still can’t exchange due to this, not sure if something has gone wrong with the submission? The property is 41 Bon Ella Court, Parkfield Road, Torquay, TQ1 4GJ

Hi Ollie - we had an OS2 submitted on 25th March and result issued on 28th. And a second one submitted on 27th March which should be completed today/tomorrow based on average processing times. None submitted on 23rd March. DN353865

Hi Ollie - sadly not as that's not something the conveyancer needs to explain. They should know though and can hopefully confirm for you
