Adverse possession

Hi Adam/Nimish,

Hope you're both well!

As I understand it, the notice period for the adverse possession claim for BL169507 & BL33904 ended on Tuesday last week (25th November). As such, do you have any updates on the case please? (Posting again on this forum as activity on the 'General Info and Guidance' forum is reasonably low, and we're in a bit of a panic to complete before our mortgage offer expires again - we've been trying to move for 14 months now!)

Hi JL - The application has been referred back to one of the lawyers for further consideration.  I do not have any further information at this stage.
