Completion of YY210746

Hi My parents completed last week on the purchase of YY210746. The sellers were asked to request that the transfer of the title be expedited as the purchased land and adjoining land (also owned by parents) is being sold and the buyers mortgage offer expires in a few weeks. Please could you confirm if the request for expedition was made

The property is Land on the South-West side of 22 Brafferton Arbor, Bradford, BD63LD It was hoped that we could at the same time as completing on YY210746 amalgamate it with 22 Brafferton Arbor (BD63LD) as my parents are the owners of both

Hi Carl - still nothing to transfer part of YY210746. I'd ask the conveyancer to confirm the allocated title numb er and our case (ABR) reference as that way you know it's been submitted.

Hi Adam my parents solicitors have been very slow to provide updates and just say everything is progressing. please could you advise if the transfer has been submitted?

Hi Carl - application submitted 17th July. Expedited. Partially processed on 20th July and waiting now on conveyancer to supply additional information YY219056

Would it be possible for the request to be resent to the solicitors in case it was lost

Carl - The application was submitted through our online Portal so the solicitors can access all correspondence through our View Application service. If for any reason they need us to issue it again, then the request has to come from them.
