Completion of YY210746

Hi My parents completed last week on the purchase of YY210746. The sellers were asked to request that the transfer of the title be expedited as the purchased land and adjoining land (also owned by parents) is being sold and the buyers mortgage offer expires in a few weeks. Please could you confirm if the request for expedition was made
