Expedited Application

Hi
Recently purchased a property and requested an expedited update to the Land Registry, there is no mortgage involved so it should be very straight forward.
Our solicitor has confirmed they have done the expedited request, but they state that the current timescale is 15th September 2025 for it to update, this seems excessively long for a simple update with an expedited request?
Can you look into that for me.

Hi Gary - received on 8th May but not expedited as yet. Unfortunately the conveyancer used the wrong channel to request expedition so that has not been seen until now as a result of your contact
I have flagged the request with the casework team to expedite the application asap

Thanks so much for the swift reply, glad I checked as it seems the Conveyancers have done it wrong.

Do I need to do anything to Expedite it now, or get the Conveyancers to do anything?

Hi Gary - it's being made an expedite based on what I posted previously. Nothing for you or the conveyancer to do on that score. Hopefully their application is all in order so that it can be completed once processing starts
