Update on long running expedited application

Hello, I am the buyer of a property with title number ST316867 HMLR reference L414HVT. The sellers had expedition approved on 1 April, but it is still not done. Are you able to shed light on what the delay is and when it might be resolved? We are unfortunately running out of time to be able to complete the sale of our own property and if we do the chain will colapse as a result. Thank you.

Hello - I can't share the specifics involved but the application remains with us as there was a query raised with the conveyancer at the end of June and they have recently replied. I'll check with the casework team to see what progress can be made
