Hello, my application was sent 2 weeks ago by my solicitor to expedite the error about charge registry and today is the last day and still has not been done. I'm moving house and cannot complete the contract exchange. How fast this can be done. We cannot wait any longer. Thank you

Hello Viktors - expedition doesn't mean that it will be completed in 10 days/2 weeks. Expedition generally gets the application to the start line of the process within that timescale. How long it takes to then process all depends on what the 'change' requested is and if what's been submitted is in order.
Do you have the title number/postal address involved please?

Viktors- many thanks. Submitted on 25th Feb and expedited. Partially processed on 26th Feb and letter issued to conveyancer same day. Looks like they submitted an additional deed on 3rd March
I'll check with the casework team to see if they can offer an idea as to what's still outstanding/timescales involved

Viktors - the information provided was incomplete so the casework team have contacted the conveyancer again to ask them to remedy matters. You'll need to confirm the specifics with the conveyancer
