Application to remove Agreement for Lease processing time

Hi Team - I’m trying to buy this property with title TGL588198. My solicitor indicated one of the blockers to be in relation to the Agreement of Lease  on title. This was a new build when vendor bought it. Vendor’s solicitor made application Z711JLT in response.
App was raised on 13th of June. Could you please let me know how much longer is it likely to take or if there are any blockers on it? My mortgage offer expires soon.

Hi Andrei - it's likely to be some time before it's processed as they've applied against both the (very busy) landlord's titles as well as the individual property.They need to request expedition to try and reduce that wait time
