Hi i am under immense pressure in order to complete my house purchase. i have give LR my docs since March 25 and my solicitor wanted to complete and the lease was flagged, i have my lease extended from 81 yrs to 125 yrs and please do a fast track application for me as m wife is suffering from anuerism and i can t tell her about the delay.<br> M name is Mr Hardeep S Bharaj

Hi Hardeep - the case is being worked on by the casework team.&#160;<br> I suspect they will need to go back to the conveyancer to confirm/correct certain information before the registration can be completed. I'll update you once I know for sure<br> BGL189285

Morning Hardeep - the casework team have gone back to the conveyancer as certain things need addressing before they can complete the registration.&#160;<br> You'll need to contact them to confirm and to clarify what needs doing and how long it might take. Hopefully they can resolve it quickly for the two of you&#160;<br> BGL189285

<p>Hi Adam,</p> <p>The conveyancer is just waiting for a reply from the HSBC bank to state that the mortgage has been paid off and the charge removed! Hope that works out now!</p>

Hi Hardeep - I don't follow. Your application is waiting for the conveyancer to respond as you mentioned and involves HSBC as you have shared
