We are buying a property next to the above named title number. There is a parcel of unregistered land m next to the property which is owned by the property but title deeds have been lost.

The sellers solicitors have advised they have expedited the first registration of land. Please can you provide an update?

They should have provided a witness statement from the neighbouring property too, also supporting this .

Anthony - that's for the owners and Ordnance Survey to arrange but generally speaking it happens within 1 or 2 weeks of the request
