Transfer between spouse RT1 section 10

Hi

My wife and I are both on the title deeds of our house. We want to change the deeds to have my name only on them. I have a copy of form RT1 and it seems straightforward enough but I was looking for some clarification on section 10.
As the transferee is only one person (ie me), do i just leave this section blank? Also, we live in Scotland.
 

Hi Michael - if the TR1 is to just one person then panel 10 can be left blank. 
If the property is in Scotland then you need to follow the Registers of Scotland's guidance for transferring ownership and not ours
