Please can you help.

I have recently divorced and my ex wife is buying me out of our family home, her solicitors have been absolutely useless and sent all the documentation with regards to the deeds to a solicitor that doesn’t work on my behalf and we have lost over a month trying to locate the paperwork.

I have just found the title number of the property on the TR1 documents, Which is as follows:

WSX69157

Please can the application be checked as my sellers that I’m buying from have given me until the 31/7/25 before they pull out of the sale.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Peter - we don't have an application against that title as yet
Once submitted they/you will need to request expedition to fast track the case - Request an expedite - GOV.UK
WSX69157

Hi Adam,

Thank you for your Reply.

I was just wondering if you have now received the application.

My ex wife’s solicitors claimed they only received one document which isn’t true, as they sent a confirmation email to the solicitor that doesn’t work on my behalf that they have received said forms (my ex found this out). So I had to resend the forms.

So far they have sent all documentation to the wrong solicitor (which I’m sure is a breach), lost my exs forms, lost my forms and had a power outage (apparently).

I am currently at risk of losing my property I wish to purchase, as I have to come off of the deeds as part of the settlement agreement.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Good Afternoon Peter - still nothing as yet. If they've sent it in by post there will naturally be a delay between that action and our receiving it and scanning it in. If they submit it electronically then it would be visible to me already
WSX69157
