I want to know the progress of my application. Had my requisition been answered

Hi my application has been expedited. A requisition was raised on 25/11 and answered 27/11 I want to know the progress please

Hi Shareena - Can you give us our reference for the application or the title number please. 

The reference you have quoted is not ours. 

I don’t have this information my solicitor hasn’t provided me with this. Address 24 st Vincent’s road preston pr2 8qa

Shareena - I have checked the title associated with the address you have mentioned and there is no application pending or submitted recently against that title. 

The application that you refer to could be associated with adjoining land.  If that's correct then solicitor's response has been received late yesterday and will be considered by the caseworker as soon as possible.

Is there a live portal I can put my title number in to and keep on checking please ? 

Shareena - If the solicitor's response resolves our query, and there are no additional actions we need to take, then we will aim to complete the application as soon as possible. 

The solicitor who submitted the application can check on the progress of the application using our View Application service, but that would not be possible for you to do.  You can either check through us here on the forum or contacting our Customer Support.

but just wanted to check if there has been any movement.

Good Afternoon Sharena - LAN210507 has been completed and that title has been closed. 
Number 24 is registered under title LAN264172 but as posted previously there is no pending application against that title
I'd suggest checking with your legal rep as appropriate to confirm if all now ok to proceed with the (re) mortgage for example

Sorry one more question how can I receive confirmation of this my solicitor requires confirmation. Who will this be provided to 

Shareena - confirmation is issued the firm of solicitors who applied to close the caution title.
If your own solicitor requires confirmation then I would suggest that they repeat whatever they searched for originally to receive a 'new' result that confirms the current registered information re the property
