Hello,

I'm not sure if you can help but I'm an executor for my Father's Estate. The property is unregistered and was initially sold in 2022. We had the Deeds for this sale. Unfortunately, the sale fell through. The property was remarked and sold again. When requesting the deeds from the solicitor they have been unable to.provide them. As you can imagine a stressful time. Anyway, a first registration application has been made and when I search for the property it now states unable to show information for, instead of mo information held for. The solicitor has advised that the application can only be expedited once they receive a Title Number. Do you know how long this can take. The property was resold in June 2024. Thank you.

Hello Mandy - the online information alters when an application has been received. The registered information however won't be available until it has been completed
They should be able to confirm the provisional title number by contacting us if they haven't received an acknowledgement
What's the address of the property please and I can check?

Mandy - many thanks so the provisional title number is SF701614 and ABR (our reference) KCAB4AE
Please note that expedition, if approved, will get the case to the processing start line quicker. It does not however then guarantee it can be completed within the 10 days quoted. The application must be in order to enable it to then be processed and completed quickly
