Application update

Dear Land Registry team,

TR1 application supposed to be submitted by my solicitors 6 month ago, however I haven't received any reasonable updated from them.

Could you please kindly share the status of the application with the number of the property EGL384423 (I don't know exact number of the application as solicitors didn't tell me for some reason) with address Flat 37, Dunbar Wharf 108-124 Narrow Street, E14 8BB, London.

I'm puzzled by the current timeline it took to register the property and about the state of the transfer. Will be grateful for the update and for the information.

Oleksandr - The application was submitted to us on 18 January and is being processed but we are not in a position to complete it until some queries we have raised are resolved by the solicitors.  
We last wrote to them on 13 May and are awaiting their response.

Thanks for the prompt response! Highly appreciated. I'll ask my solicitors for update then.

A bit different question: On a following week I'll need a document that I can use as a proof of ownership of the property for Visa purposes for my parents. Could you please kindly suggest what I can use in the this situation? Is a signed TR1 enough or maybe I can obtain any proof that the application is processed from Land Registry?

Oleksandr - I would suggest you check with the visa issuing authorities and your solicitors on what would be acceptable to them. 

The TR1 is a legal deed once it has been executed (signed and dated in presence of a witness) but it would be upto the relevant authority to decide if that is sufficient evidence for their purpose.

Oleksandr - nothing to update other than we issued a reminder on the 27th June asking them to respond to our earlier request
