Lease extension registration status

Hi, I am in process of buying a leasehold property. Lease needes to be extensed before the completion. Seller has completed the lease extension and send application to register with Land registry. They have said that they are going to expedite the application. Is there any way to checlk and status if it is been expedited or not and if yes what is the progress on it?

Seller's solicitor confirmed they have submitted application for lease extension.
Can you check using the address at 7 Leeson House, Haggard Road, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1 3AJ please?

Hi Priyank - there's a new application as submitted on 17th October. If there's an urgency they need to request expedition - Request an expedite - GOV.UK

Hi Privank - everything is fine with the expedite request and the case has been partially processed. However we need more from the conveyancer and a request was issued on 2nd November. We await their response
You'll need to ask the conveyancer to confirm/clarify the specific details re the request and when they hope to be able to respond in full
