Delayed sale while waiting on lease extension to be registered - SY904283

Hi,
We have a buyer for a property who is ready to complete but are currently delayed as the lease extension has still not be registered from the previous purchase. 
The title number is - SY904283 and HM land registry Reference is K940PST. 
The application was initially submitted in January 2025 and the latest notes I can see were that Requisitions were issued on the 3rd November 2025 which I have been advised have been responded to.
The buyer wanted to complete before Christmas and this matter is now preventing that. 
Please can someone look into this and advise urgently the reason for the delay?

Hi Nicola - The response from the lodging solicitors has not resolved all our queries and we wrote back to them on 11 November clarifying what was required. The matter has not been resolved as yet. 

Hi Nimish, The solicitor advises me they responded on the 14th November and have yet to hear further from yourselves?

Hi Nicola - The response of 14 November is the same as what was sent to us previously.  Following your contact, the caseworker has written back to the solicitors to clarify the position.
