Would you be able to tell me if the OS2 form has been returned to the buyers solicitor. Land registry has made an error with a legal charge, but I believe this has now been corrected, but I would like to know if the OS2 has been returned to the solicitor.

Bronwen - many thanks. The OS2 was submitted on 4th and completed on 6th. The conveyancer should have that result LA915714

Good morning  The search had to be carried out again due to an issue with the lenders solicitor. Would you be able to tell me if the latest OS2 form has been returned to the buyers solicitor?

Good Afternoon Bronwen - a new search was submitted on the 8th and the result issued on the 9th LA915714
