form a restriction removal

We applied for cancellation of a form a restriction on the 21st July, do you know how long this takes to complete, 
this was sent in through a solicitor, can you please check and advise?

Morning Simon - received 21st July and waiting to be processed. Average timescales would suggest it probably won;t be processed until November
If there's an urgency then they/you can request expedition
