TR1 check

Hi. I hope you are well. I purchased a property in March 2024 with the title number MM113277. I am yet to be updated as the new owner on the title deeds. I had a number of issues with my solicitor at the time so wanted to confirm an application/ TR1 was submitted. I understand there is a backlog and delays but just wanted to check if my application is in the system and how long it will be. Thanks

Hi A Mann - the application was submitted in March 2024 and is waiting to be processed. You are correct re a backlog of work and timescales are very stretched as a result. Your purchase/ownership are though protected and processing should start soon
