I submitted several requests to set up restriction for owner not living at a property using the rq- request  email. I didn’t receive any acknowledgment of my request so I contacted the general customer service number and spoke to someone who confirmed receipt of my requests. They promised to send an email confirmation with info re processing time. But l received nothing. I tried again a week later same conversation. I confirmed my email but again nothing received 

Can  someone please provide an email contact 
at Land registry so l can obtain information as l have limited success using the phone line  ?

Altan - you would use our contact form to submit the details to our support team for them to check and respond

Thanks l did see that but no where on the contact form to provide any specific details. Would l just tick the update to application box ? 
Also l have more then one title so l guess l would need to submit one contact  for each title ?

Altan - you can query the progress and quote the title number as appropriate. If you submitted several applications to us then I would use the "I have experienced a problem with HM Land Registry's services or procedures" option and provide the list of title numbers
I've checked against you name/email and can't see any previous contact with us - did you use our service or have you perhaps used/contacted a third party website service provider and not HMLR?

I used 0300 006 0411 number 
I had to log on with a second email account as it would not let me log on or send me a new password I tried to set up a new account with the original Email address and it said it was already in use. So l used a second email to set this up 
l will try what you suggest
