Hi Lucy - There is no application on the title HD502643 currently.&#160;<br> <br> The application made in July were cancelled at the request of the conveyancers who submitted it.

Hi Lucy - I am glad you persisted and followed it up.&#160;<br> <br> The title number HD502643 is the freehold title. There was an application submitted by Bishopsgate Law but they requested to cancel it subsequently, most likely because it was against incorrect title.&#160;<br> <br> The leasehold title for 25 River View, CM23 3FS, is HD575504, and yes, there is an application currently pending against it.&#160; We have served notice on the party concerned and the deadline to respond to the notice is 18 August.&#160; If there is no objection by the deadline date, then we will proceed with the application as soon as possible after midday on the next working day.&#160;<br> <br> I hope this helps.&#160;

Hi there<br> <br> I just wanted to follow up with the UN4 for title&#160;HD575504 as it's now past (just!) midday on the day after the notice deadline of the 18th August.&#160; I wondered if I could get an update on whether there were any objections and if (hopefully) the notice can be removed, when that is likely to happen?&#160; It is an expediated request, as I'm sure you can tell I'm hoping to get this resolved asap in order to progress to exchange this week.<br> <br> Thanks again for your help<br> <br> Lucy<br> <br> PS - can I just say this forum and the admin on responding to requests has been excellent and much appreciated from an anxious home buyer :)

Hi Lucy - thank you for your kind words and we do appreciate how stressful such matters can be.<br> It's a manual process checking and reviewing the application after the date/time has passed so not automated. The casework team need to check all contact channels to confirm no objection or other reason to delay completing the application&nbsp;<br> HD575504&nbsp;
