Application update

Morning, I completed on two transactions on the 17th December, which was a removal of my name via Transfer of Equity and a purchase of my own house. I have received completed registration now from my new property LA887607. With regards to the transfer of equity transaction, i am not able to get an update from my ex's solicitor and he isn't forthcoming at providing me with an update. I don't have an application reference but the property is 23 Eclipse Road, BB2 5EZ. Are you able to confirm whether an application has been submitted please? My previous mortgage is still on my credit report and it is having a severe impact to it. Thank you
