Kristin - received 9th April and waiting to be processed. That may not be for some rime based on current average processing times. If there's an urgency then a request to expedite should be submitted to keep the wait time as short as possible

Hi Kristin - received 9th April and waiting to be processed. That's unlikely to be for a while yet but when it is we will contact you as appropriate.

Hi

I received an update re my application, seems I have not included my middle name on the Deed of Variation, they are now asking for it to be amended and initialled then certified, my query is:

A) Do witnesses need to initial also?

B) When being certified does the certifier need to see ID of witnesses also and Landlord or only the tenant will suffice? I am not using a solicitor so will be using the Post Office for certification hence my query

Hi Kristin - A) No and B) see the GOV.UK guidance on how to have a copy certified as a true copy of the original. The post office service is I believe for something quite different
