Hi. I’m not too sure what to do.
i received a letter that a panel was not filled in but didn’t receive the transfer paper back to fill it in. Panel 6 is missing of which over my photos I took of the application is the transferee on TP1. My silly mistake as AP1 was filled in properly. I also know TP1 also has the transferee and transferor signing with witness details. Also another issue was the value of the land. This is a gift so not too sure what to reply back with here. So I’m stuck with getting a way to fill in panel 6 without receiving the form back. Could I ring up and give information over the phone? If it helps, ref: JGDF682, new Title ends in 074

Hi Clair - use our contact form to submit the request and specific details. The support team will then re-issue the request with the Transfer for you to amend as appropriate Contact HM Land Registry - GOV.UK

So just sent off the missing info after HMLR resent the form required. Even though I had a new title number given with the initial application, ive got another new title number given for the application Is this right? It was expedited due to potential of a planning application and the councils time scales. My initial letter and new letter has two different references too

Clair - your application has a provisional new title CYM915074
I suspect what's happened is that your postal reply with replacement paperwork has been treated as a new application hence a second new title number being advised
Don't worry though as I'll flag with the casework team to ensure they are aware and can unravel matters as appropriate
CYM915074

Thankyou, I think it has cleared. I have replied to an objection/no objection form sent to me but looking to see how long this would now take. I have not objected to the application so would have assumed it wouldn’t be long.

thanks

Clair - it has cleared and we have received the Notice response. That needs to be cleared and approved by the casework team and that should happen asap from here if all in order
CYM915074
