Hello,

I am inquiring about the expected timeline for processing a completed Deed of Variation at the Land Registry. The property in question is located at 184 Butchers Road, SE16 2HZ. We have expedited the submission and would appreciate any information on how long it typically takes for this process to be completed.

Hello Carl - unfortunately the application is delayed as there is a prior one affecting the landlord's title and which has to be completed before the deed of variation can be processed.
The prior application is to register a new lease re number 172 and we are waiting on the conveyancer to respond with more information. Until they do and that application is cleared we can't process your own expedited application

Thanks for your promt response. So you are saying that the same landlord has another application for a different flat (172), and that has to be completed before processing the application for the deed of variation on 184 Butchers Road? Thank you
