Home rights removal 1year delay why?

Hi I posted my Hr4 form last April 25, 2025 and up until now the home rights removal notice has still not been actioned any reason why?

Hi - lengthy wait times as we have a backlog of this type of work. The application/removal is protected from the date of submission and it should be processed shortly. The casework team will contact you to confirm once done.
Did you want me to check that it was received or did you get an acknowledgement/have checked already?
