Adverse Possession Application and Expedition

Hi my solicitor sent an adverse possession application to you last week and this has not been acknowledged yet.

Do we need to wait for acknowledgement from the Land Registry before raising a request to expedite? The house is currently under offer but we can not move forward with the sale until the adverse possession application is approved.

My name is Simon Cooper and the adverse possession application is for to 26 Bridewell Park, Whistable. CT5 1TP.
