My daughter and I own a property as Tenants in Common but this will be changing to her owning the entire property in her own name. When this happens, and there is only one name registered for ownership, obviously the Tenants in Common clause becomes irrelevant. Will the LR remove any references to Tenants in Common or do I have to submit form RX3 to make this happen?

Vicki - if the form A restriction is to be cancelled, as your daughter will be the sole legal and beneficial owner, then we will need forms RX3 and ST5 to confirm. The online guidance explains what the ST5 declaration should include https://www.gov.uk/joint-property-ownership/change-from-tenants-in-common-to-joint-tenants
