can you advise on when application for adverse possession ref TT165012 was made, at what stage it is at now and when you are likely to make a decision.

Hi Martyn - received 19th Feb. It is waiting to be processed and based on current average timescales that is very unlikely to be until the middle of next year.
If there is an urgency involved, such as a confirmed purchase, then a request to expedite should be submitted

Hi Martyn - the application is currently waiting for a senior technician to review the key issues and decide on next steps as appropriate. That will happen asap
Until that happens I can't be definitive re timescales
