Update on expideted requess

Good evening, Our solicitor sent a request to expedite your freehold purchase application, which was accepted on 26th March. Application Reference: JGE0377 Title Number: CYM652152 I was just wondering if you could provide any update, as our buyer is having great issues with trying to obtain a mortgage offer, as the bank keeps insisting the property is a leasehold and will not accept the proof that we've sent to say the application is in progress. I can see that something has been done, as the land registry site now shows, "There are 3 results for this address." where it was just 2, but the 3rd that's now been added just says "Unknown result".

Good Morning Aled - processing started on 2nd April but we needed more from the conveyancer. They responded on the 8th but it was insufficient and the casework team contacted them on the 9th to explain. We await their response. You'll need to confirm with the conveyancer and clarify any specific details re the request and how long they might need to respond JGE0377
