Transfer of Title Application Status

Hello,

We completed on the purchase of our flat on 06/11/2023 and our solicitor submitted our e-AP1 form on 19/11/2023. We're just wondering if this application is still in the long queue, has been completed, or if something is holding this up as our solicitor is being non-responsive. The title number is TGL595717.

Hello Samuel - it's been partially processed but we need more from the conveyancer and contacted them on the 5th March. They have yet to respond and I suspect maybe waiting on a third party to provide the missing information, a consent re the restriction on the title.
I'd recommend continuing to pursue it with your conveyancer
