Hi,<br> <br> I completed the purchase of Flat 26, 96-98 Upper Parliament Street, Liverpool, L8 7LQ on 21/12/23. Title no: MS501632.<br> <br> I was informed by the conveyancers there was a backlog and it may take some time for the property to be registered but it is nearly two years since then and registry has not been updated.&#160;<br> <br> The solicitors firm that completed my conveyancing has since been shut down by the SRA so I have no way of contacting them. I wanted to check if any application had been made at all by them prior to being shut down?&#160;<br> <br> Thanks,<br> Tom.

Hi Thomas - I'm afraid no application has yet been submitted to register your purchase in 2023. I would recommend checking what the SRA have advised with regards where the 'files' have been kept/stored and whether you need to appoint a new firm to act for you or use the one storing the files for example<br> MS501632
