Hi we are in the process of trying to complete on a flat purchase. Is it possible to check if any pending searches are blocking the sale please? Title is AGL292665.

Hi Robert - there are pending applications against the title. If you need to enquire as to what they are then you can do so by post using form OS3 - Official search without priority (OS3) - GOV.UK

Thank you for the response. I am advised all searches on that property should have now been removed.

Hi Robert - there are no pending searches against the title. There remain two pending applications to update the register.
