Expedited Application?

Hello, I wondered if you could please provide an update on the following application, if possible. Title Number: WA350566 This relates to an application to remove a historic caution in favour of Carlyle Finance Ltd (now dissolved). The application was submitted by the lender using a WCT form, and our solicitor has requested that it be expedited due to an ongoing property sale. Could you please let me know: * Whether the application is currently being processed. * Whether the expedite request has been accepted. * Whether there are any outstanding requisitions or if everything required has been received. * If possible, whether you are able to provide an indication of the expected timescale for completion. Hello Paul - the application is currently being processed following the approval of it's expedition. Wider checks are now underway in light of the fact that the named company has been dissolved. Those checks involve contacting the Treasury Solicitor and have an expiry date of 18th August. If they respond positively the application can be completed sooner. Otherwise it's unlikely to be completed until 20th August based on current average timescales/processing times re such checks and their completion Please speak to your legal rep to confirm the requirements re a dissolved company and how the law and registration process works in such cases

Hello! I was just wondering if there has been any update / reply from the treasury solicitor with regards our application for our application to be completed? I know you said previously that the cut off you gave the treasury solicitor was the 18th and should they not reply you would likely process / complete the application around the 20th, but had my fingers crossed today hoping it may have been sooner so we can finally close this matter and get our application finished Thankyou Paul

I’m sure you’ve got a ton of things to do so rather than bug you every few days, am I right then in thinking as you mentioned before, that our cut-off date for a reply from the treasury solicitor is still the 18th August and should you not hear a reply by then the application will be completed around the 20th anyway?
