Adverse Possession claim progress

Good evening, I submitted a claim for adverse possession back in August 2023 - key number 6785732.

Do you know if this has been received? I understand that it can take up to a year to process - but I would just like confirmation that the claim is in the system.

Do you know if any progress has been made on my application - see reference below? The survey was carried out in November 2024. We are now nearing 18 months since the original application and this was the longest time that was said for an application to take to be completed.

You mentioned that my claim had been completed on the 23rd January. Yet, 7 weeks later I have still not had confirmation whether or not it has been successful. Could you let me know the reason for the delay?

Good Morning Roland - confirmation would be issued to the lodging conveyancer so your Q should really be aimed at them if they have not as yet informed you as their client
