Leasehold extension expedition check

Hello,

I am in the process of purchasing a leasehold with the caveat that the leasehold must be extended before completion.

The seller had the lease back on Friday to sign and said they would get it expedited immediately.

Can I please check if you have had a request in? The title number is GM361150
