Update to ownership title time scale.

Hi,<br> <br> We requested a change of ownership in terms of adding me onto the ownership title via application through a Conveyance solicitor last November. We are now selling this property and have been advised that we are still awaiting this ownership to be changed/ me to be added&#160; to the title from last year.&#160;<br> <br> <br> The address is 55 Vincent Street.<br> <br> Please could we have an update as I am stressed this may impact the sale of our property.<br> <br> Thank you,

Hi Amy - I'm guessing this is for a property in Macclesfield.<br> If so then the application has already been partially processed but we needed more from the conveyancer. They were contacted at the end of June but as yet we have not received a response. A reminder was issued to them yesterday<br> You'll need to speak to your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what's needed and when they hope to respond<br> I suspect they are reliant on a third party to assist them with further documentation<br> CH674283

Amy - there is a notional time limit of 3 months but they can ask for more time so cancellation is rarely reached re this type of application<br> CH674283

Hi Adam, sorry to jump on this conversation but I have a similar query just an update really on the application and make sure all is in order. We submitted a deed change to add an owner and would just like to know the stage of the application. Title number I used to talk to you before is K600476. Same property now the charge has been cleared. Many thanks.&#160;

Hi Adam, I’m hoping there’s been progress In the application as of current? I know you said it would be unlikely until end of year, how long does the process take to complete once they process the application? Is there a timeframe for this? I was hoping it would be fairly quick as it’s an easy change. Thanks.&#160;

Hi Mary - still waiting to be processed. Processing is usually completed same day once started unless it is a complex case and/or more is required from the conveyancer&#160;<br> There is usually nothing to worry about as the application/transfer remains protected<br> K600476
