First registration update

Could I have an update on the application for sk76132 a property I’m buying, we are hoping to complete before 1st April so this is urgent 

Amanda - we don't have an application against SK76132 and have not had one since 2019

This is a first registration application so has never been applied for before. Our sellers solicitor has made the application. The post code is Nr322re number 19

Amanda - many thanks. So a FR received on 26th Feb. It's waiting to be processed and that's not likely to happen for many months unless it's expedited. Request an expedite - GOV.UK
I'd suggest asking the sellers/their conveyancer to do just that to ensure it's processed asap. Everything then hinges on it being in order of course

My understanding was it was sent and requested to be expedited. We are at the point of exchanging contracts and this could make my sale and purchase fall through 

Amanda - expedition is only granted if a request is made through the linked dedicated channel provided. If they included a request with the paperwork submitted that won't have been seen as yet so won't have been acted upon.
I'll flag with the casework team and ask them to check the paperwork and expedite as appropriate
