I am a trustee for an extremely small registered charity that owns some unregistered land whose deeds are lost. We are trying to register it ourselves to save money (what we have been quoted is a significant amount relative to the value of the land (about £7000)). We do not have a conveyancer/notary who would have known us all for a sufficient time, so intend to use Form ID3. Is this OK and do we have to provide ID for every trustee?
