Delaying sale

Hi, im in a chain, and the sale is about to be lost due to mortgage offer expiring, the seller has had to buy the freehold of the property and is waiting for the title registration to come through and we have been told it has been expedited! Address is 2 Lon Gwaenfynydd LL31 9FG, can you give any updates on an application or expedition

Hi M submitted 5th March and expedited same day. Partially processed on 10th but we need more from the conveyancer. They were contacted on 10th and we await their response CYM922436

M - yes but you need to ask the conveyancer to confirm and to clarify any specifics inc when they hope to respond. It's their application and their request to respond to so we can't share such specifics to others in the chain CYM922436

Yeah no problem i do appreciate it! Was just hoping it might be a quick fix as we are on a tight timescale due to an expiring mortgage offer

M W - it could be a quick fix if they have all the information to hand and respond swiftly. However if they have to rely on third parties to provide the requested and missing information then how quick will depend on them and the third parties. The requests are standard ones re missing informatikon but we have no control over how quickly they respond. CYM922436
