Application Status

I haven't heard of any updates 10 working days after the approval of expedition under reference number DC69***.  May I know if there is anything missing for the leasehold title MAN431***?  My mortgage lender is waiting for the registration in order to have another application to be submitted.

Christopher - nothing missing but we can't complete it until a prior application against the landlord's title is fully processed. Wider checks are under way on that application and may not complete until after 23rd Feb. They can complete if we get replies sooner but I suspect matters won;t complete now until after 23rd and at that point your own application should also follow suit
