Urgent Amendment/Correction Application

Hello,

I have an urgent application in progress, via my solicitor, with the land registry to make a correction. This must be done before we exchange. We have now been waiting so long that it is risking our sale (and the entire chain) and mortgage deadlines are looming. We finally received an update yesterday saying the case had been added to the 'day list'. Please can you provide an update on how long this may take to complete so we can liaise with our buyers and save the deal. Anything you can do to expedite please do.

Hello Sarah-Jane - requested amendments are done as expeditiously as possible but I will see if the casework team can escalate it for you.

Hi Adam, please would you also be able to explain what being added to the 'day list' means? Is this a list of cases to be worked on that day?

Sarah-Jane - it's been escalated and the casework team will respond shortly to the person who queried the title and sought a possible correction.
