Thanks for your reply Adam. Hiw long does it take for my husband to receive it by post? And is there an expiry date on it meaning I need to request for renewal?

Dd - the average wait time is around 4 months before it might be processed. There's no expiry date on the entry once registered. And notification is only issued to the registered owner once it has been completed.
After that removal is on application by either of you as appropriate

What if he attends/has attended to remortgage the house during 4months for the application to be registered?!
Also, can he (owner) remove or cancel the application without my consent?

Dd - a mortgage lender will search for and check the registered information, including pending applications, before proceeding with a secured loan. The fact that your HR1 is pending will generally always stop the lending process.
See form HR4 and PG20 for an explanation as to how such a Notice, once registered, can be cancelled and removed

What if he easily filled a wct or ccd form, signed and send on my behalf without my consent. I'm sure he's able to do so.

Dd - neither form would remove a Notice of rights applied for using form HR1. And applications are processed in 'priority' order so in the order of submission

Hi
I have submitted a request for HR1 2 months ago bit still haven't received a confirmation letter. Is there anyway I can contact directly to see if it's confirmed? Also, I'm going to ask for the %50 shares of our house from my husband without getting a divorce to secure it against selling or remortgaging in future. Is HR1 a barrier to do so?

Hi Dd Liv - average wait times are around 4 months so you won;t be contacted until it has been processed.
Not too sure what you mean by asking for 50% shares and securing it but a form HR1 does what it states and simply protects your rights on the register. It doesn't prevent anything specific from happening re the property but does usually prevent a sale/mortgage as the buyer/lender won;t complete whilst your rights are protected in this way.
I would recommend seeking legal advice as to what it is you are proposing and what, if any, impact that might have on the property/registered information
