expedited Application

Hi, we are nearing exchanging of contracts on our house but we can't move forward until an old outdated lease is removed from our property. Our solicitor has told us she is expedited the application and it should take up to 10 days but I'm now a bit worried this is going to hold up the move as she said times can vary. I'm not sure when she put the application in as she didn't say but she told us last week so if we count Friday as day 1. Can anyone help update me on the progress of this, the property is Ty Capel SY18 6NX?

Hi Teresa - submitted on 6th Dec. Expedited on 12th and partially processed on 17th and within the 10 days estimate for processing to start.
We contacted the conveyancer on the 17th for more information and are now waiting for their response. Please contact them to confirm and to clarify what's been requested and when they hope to respond

Hi Adam, many thanks for getting back so quickly, this has been a long move, are sellers want to exchange and complete as soon as possible due to the owner being elderly and unwell so we will contact our solicitor today, hopefully she will respond back today.
