Hi , i sent an urgent response today by email. Could i ask a big favour please as we are getting so close to our sale/purchase being complete and its entering its 5th month now. 

Could my email be sent onto case worker today please karen jones, email header is ref DC 6C35D, title  DC6C35D Title No: MAN443229


I sent an email today 10.40 answering a requisition from karen jones. Could i ask for this to be attached to the case please sooner rather than later so our case can be progressed as its holding up the sale of our house/purchase new house.

Hi,   the deadline for your notice to interested parties is today.  

Are you able to update me soon as to

Are you issuing me with a title to the garden land

If so how long will this take

When/how will the solicitors be able to get this so our sale contracts can be progressed

We apreciate this takes time and is part of a process but we are the chain may break down

Hi Barbara - the notices expire today. After which the case is reviewed again by the casework team and if all is in order completed. It's expedite status will ensure that happens asap. As one of the applicants you would then be informed in writing

Hi , i did ring also and i understand the process and the SLA, however , as i have stressed on several occassions my sale and purchase has been at risk

I can now confirm that my onward purchase has now gone back to market as i have been unable to complete my sale because i have lost my initial buyer as a result of not having any clarity round confirmation/date of getting the title for the garden of my house, hence being able to complete my sale. I have found another buyer and this of course still poses a problem but my onward purchase wont wait. I now have to pay £000s in  legal fees for my ex sale and my ex purchase, plus new sale and purchase plus stamp duty as i need to find a new place to go and start again because it has taken so long to expedite this, and i still dont have a concrete answer as to am i to get the title, and if so when.  Are you able to ask the case officer to communicate with me please urgently re this matter
