Expedited Application Update?

Hi, 
I am purchasing a property that needs the lease lodged with the title. Apparently this was expedited on 24 March but no update since. Can you let me know where it currently sits in the process?  Title number BK36866

Hi Sean - the conveyancer lodged a copy of the lease to enable our records to be updated. Unfortunately the quality of the copy provided was poor and we are waiting for them to resolve that. The last contact with them was on 10th April 
Hopefully they can confirm and advise when they hope to be able to submit a better quality of document

I'm told all queries have now been responded to regarding the copy. Could you let me know the current status?
