Time from an application having been processed and approved to confirmation of title change

Hi Adam,
I’m very close to purchasing a property, a restriction was requested to be removed and the sellers solicitor tells me he’s had correspondence that the application has been processed and accepted. We just await the final confirmation and updated title, could you let me know how long it may take to get this document?

Hi Harley - if the application has been completed then the information is available as an immediate download or online as appropriate

Application received 18th Dec. Expedited same date and partially processed as well. Removal of a restriction invariably requires a senior officer/lawyer to consider and a request for more information was issued to the conveyancer on 23rd Dec
They responded on 6th Jan (yesterday) so their reply goes back to the casework team to consider if all is now in order.
That's the stage it's now at and I imagine that's what you mean by waiting for the 'final confirmation'
I'll check with the casework team for a steer as to when they expect it to be done by

Hi Harley - the application has bene completed and the register updated. The conveyancer will have been informed and if you/your conveyancer need to check then the register is available online
