Process update

Dear Sir/Madam,

We're in a process of buying a property with title no. HP449679.

From our solicitors we know that there is aplication to upgrade the TItle to remove reference to the other Properties listed on the same title and the plan just to include the one property that we are buying, (because on the title of the property that we are in process of buying there are 3 more properties)and the seller is company.

As of this moment we are renting, we need to give 2 months notice to our landlords and no one is giving us any indication about the time how long this will take to proceed so we can make plans and not be left homeless or in other way round  paying rent and mortgage at the same time which is overwhelming with two small kids.

Can you please kindly let us know in which stage is the aplication and from your experience how long it will take to be completed.

Dear Snezhana - the application was lodged on 13th May and is waiting to be processed. Wait times are lengthy and the conveyancer should have requested expedition if there's an urgency. I'll flag it with colleagues to consider making it expedite which generally means it is processed within 2 weeks. Everything then depends on it being in order
